A healthy lifestyle starts every morning. How you spend your morning can make or spoil your day. Put on some music because music has been known to reduce stress. Listening to music as you get ready each morning gives you a sense of calm or fun, if you move along with the music. Music can add a sense of peace to your steps on a morning walk.
When showering, you can do some stretching - the warm water will loosen up your muscles and reduce pent-up tension and you will feel more relax and ready to take on the day.
Breakfast is also important. It is a very essential meal because a good breakfast will help you to balance your sugar levels and give you the energy to handle physical and mental challenges. Have plenty of protein and fruits not just coffee and empty calories. Drink green tea which is laden with antioxidants that can make a difference to your day.
Taking a walk in the morning is another option. Walking has many health benefits. As the word goes "10 000 Steps A Day Keeps You Healthy Everyday". Spend some time practising a few yoga poses which combine all the goodness of several stress management methods such as breathing, meditation and stretching. they can lower your stress level and make you sleep better at night.
Hence, the way you start your morning can make a difference. It certainly will add flavour to the rest of the day. Thank you...
